Where are you located?
Cupcake Treats is currently located in Gilles Plains, Adelaide.

How far in advance do I need to order?
We require orders be placed at least 14 days in advance, as we may not be able to take last minute orders and would like to avoid disappointment!

Do you deliver or can I pick up my order?
We deliver free for orders of three dozen or more that are within 15km of our current location. Pickup is available by appointment.

How can I pay for my order?
Payments are by direct bank deposit (NAB) or credit card (We will email you a PayPal invoice). Cash on pickup/delivery is negotiable. Payment details will be included in your order confirmation.

How should I store my cupcakes?
During cooler months you can store your cupcakes for a recommended 48 hour maximum in a sealed container. In Summer, you can put them in the fridge if absolutely necessary, but let them return to room temperature before serving.

Do you do custom cupcakes?
We’ll work with you on colour scheme, presentation, flavour and originality, as we’d like it to fit in with the event. We can also put your logo on cupcakes!

Do you cater for specific nutritional requirements?
We offer gluten-free and dairy-free cupcakes as part of our menu. We can also offer vegan cupcakes! Cupcake Treats is more than happy to help however we can so you can enjoy our cupcakes too. Just let us know what you need so we can bake for you. We’ll take the utmost care when baking your special order.

Do you offer wholesale for places like cafes and hotels?
We’d love to establish partnerships with anyone who is interested in having our treats on their menu!

What is the difference between a cupcake and a muffin?
Apart from the sizing, muffins have a dense cake crumb, and all the ingredients are thrown together. Cupcakes cream the butter and sugar and add ingredients one by one. They also have a moist, light crumb.
