What’s a Cupcake Decorating Party?

Ever wanted to learn how to decorate cupcakes like we do? Need a new party idea? Why not have us handle it! Starting from $25 per guest we will provide all the cupcakes, icing, tools, and decorations so you don’t have to worry.
We also provide a cupcake instructor to give your guests some help and a gift for the host of the party!

When can I book a party?

We require one months notice of your party, at which time we take a $50 deposit to secure your booking. The balance should be paid no less than 14 days before the party. Our party schedule is Tuesday to Sunday, between 10am and 5pm. We schedule our parties in for two hour blocks.

What are the guest requirements?

Our guests should be at least 2 years old for co-ordination and food safety reasons. We recommend for guests between 2-5 years old that a parent sits with them. There’s no age maximum!
Our standard party rate is $200, and this includes 8 guests. If you will have less than 8 guests, we simply allocate the extra cupcakes and materials to the guests who are present (or a parent can always join in). If you require more than 16 guests, we will need to bring in an extra instructor and a surcharge will apply.

Tables and chairs – a place to decorate!
Water, juice/cordial or soft drinks
Snacks, fruit, chips (we can offer ideas!)
Plates (napkins provided)
